[support] How to move Site name in Garland, please?

A couple of more things:

Style.css line 388, style #wrapper #container #header h1 img, remove the
padding-top.

Style.css line 377, #wrapper #container #header h1, #wrapper #container
#header h1 a:link, #wrapper #container #header h1 a:visited, change the
padding: 10px 0 0 0;
