[support] Help with "User Titles" module.

Hello,

I have installed the User Titles module to complement the Advance Forum 
module. I have setup five user titles and I uploaded images. When I go 
to the forum, I see the title but not the image:

See? No image. It's supposed to be showing this image:

http://monda-lango.org/files/user-titles-images/icon-2-stars.png

If you inspect the HTML, you'll see that Drupal is not even trying to 
show the image. There is no image tag at all.

Any idea how I can get Drupal to display the image?
