[support] Testing for arg() OR is_front

I get node/10 so then arg(1) would be 10 correct? If I test for just arg(1)
!= "10" it works but when i try to combine multiple conditions doesn't work
for me. I'm definitely not a php programmer so I'm sure it's a stupid error
on my part.
