Hi Ram,

Have you tried some other images to make sure it's not a problem with the
image?

Otherwise, have you followed the readme file and added the text in the
config.php file to allow uploads?

You also need to set your cookie domain correctly in the settings.php file.

Sometimes if helps if you revert at least admin back to the default garland
theme to make sure you're getting all your error messages.
