[support] Sandium theme is not rendering

Hi All,

I am facing trouble with Sandium theme
http://drupal.org/project/sandium

The theme is not rendering without a user login into Drupal website.
After login it works perfectly fine.
I am not able to track the reason.
Please suggest the solution.
