[support] List of terms

I have found a couple different ways to make a page that is a list of all
given terms in a vocabulary. 

 

I am looking for the best way to make a list of all the terms in a given
vocabulary with a link to a page for that vocabulary term. We already have
links for the specific terms so it would be nice to be able to overwrite the
link but we could get around that.
