[support] Process workflow using CCK

Not a trivial proposition.

One suggestion:

Install cck, views, organic groups, forward and rules.

Give permissions to foward nodes via email only to certain user roles.

Install organic groups so that it manages access on your site.

Create one content type "group", and using create content, create two
groups, the PM group and the HR group. Configure things so that these groups
are not visible in any kind of directory, and that membership is handled by
the site administrator.

Have the appropriate users join each group.

Create another content type "submission", enabled as group post content
type.

Create a landing page where employees can create submissions, probably with
a special link to "/node/add/submission".

This is actually the tricky part. You would need to have a rule whereby any
submission created by non-authenticated users immediately are posted to the
non-public PM group.

Then, the PM comes in, and changes the audience of approved submissions to
HR.

HR may then send the node (with a filled in answer section) to the employee
via mail using the forward links provided by the forward module.

Interesting requirements.
