[support] Can I prevent user from changing his password?

Hi All,

Sorry if this is a FAQ - I spent some time looking for an answer.

I have a D5 site that allows users to register.  Of course, they get
(what looks to me like) a strong password back vie e-mail.

I found where I can keep them from changing their login name, but I have
not found how to prevent them from changing their password to a weak
password.

Is this possible?
