[support] urgently need help for Site off-line error

Are you sure this isn't some kind of a firewall issue?  A simple, but slightly 
dangerous, test would be to:

    (1) Turn off the firewall
    (2) Try to make your connection
    (3) Regardless of the outcome of (2), immediately turn the firewall back on.
