[support] urgently need help for Site off-line error

I'm late to this issue. What I'm reporting likely has nothing to do with the
issue... *but just in case*... and others should know about this anyway:

*backup_migrate module v. 2.3 with table-locking turned on will crash mysql
on your server.*

There is a patch, but 2.3 is still the recommended release:
