[support] complex checkbox / radio combo

Thanks Carl, I've been thinking more about it myself and it seems 
like it's also sensible that someone could check off one or more age 
groups and also skill-based. Funny how something that's kind of 
intuitive for peeps can be a bit involved to get a computer to do.
