[support] Experience with Kaltura?

I never used the release in question above.

We built an entire POC using the Kaltura module(s) and the Kaltura Community
Server http://www.kaltura.org/project/community_edition_video_platform on
the backend in 7 days.  Community support could use some improvement but the
product (especially KCE) is quite amazing.
