[support] User role in registration form in drupal

Hi have used some modules in the past (role signup and membership types) but
they seem to have stuck in Drupal 5.

I have used recently a combination of the content_profile module and rules.
In content_profile just add a standard cck select field for the role and use
content profile on registration. Then let rules add the user roles depending
on which option is chosen in the cck field.
