[support] Enabling Clean URLs in 6.19

   As the installation finished I was instructed to log in as the
administrator, go to the administer >> site configuration >> clean urls
section of the administrative interface, and look for the paragraph that
reads as follows: <some text>.

   There is nothing on the page other than a radio box, a notice that my
current configuration does not support clean URLs, and no paragraph or
option to run the clean URL test.

   I must have missed something but I don't know what.
