[support] All images disappeared. image_resize_filter problem?

Originals in /sites/default/files/users/* were still there,
only resized pictures dissapeared. So I think it is one
more bad point for image_resize_filter module...

Concerning flushing the cache, I do not know what you mean
exactly, but I do not have ImageCache module installed.
