[support] Drupal 6 and the Semantic Web

I have a website that provides a blog, band listings, and a calendar for a
SIG in which I am active. I am starting the migration to Drupal6 and would
like to incorporate as much "Semantic Web" stuff as fits available modules
and which might be useful. Obvious areas that want to be coded with
microformats (simplest form of Linked Open Data related to the Semantic
Web):

* Reviews (There is simple enough microformatting for these - probably not
going to do more than incorporate it into the page template for same)
* Location/geocoding (What Drupal module makes this easiest to expose so
that people can locate items on a map and also ask questions like, "who is
located within 25 miles of this address")
* FOAF (Friend of a Friend) - what would it take and how would I code band
members, teachers, etc., so that people can see who is linked to whom and
explore bands and musicians that way?
* Events - if I can identify an event using microformats, and have the
location geocoded, wowza. Could make for a great way to make it easy for
events to be spidered and shared

Suggestions for modules, documentation, examples?

Many thanks,
Ari
