[support] Drupal installation on a SSL Remote MYSQL database

Isn't that kind of thing implemented with TCP/IP Tunneling?  Is that the

For elevated security, we are needing to install files on one server and use
SSL Encryption for the remote MYSQL database connection. I can't seem to
find any documentation for this.

Any suggestions?
