[support] RSS feed not working

Marty,

Are you using Drupal 6 (probably views 2) or Drupal 7 (views 3).

But in either case, those previews are not reliable. Have you create a new
display of type "feed" and then set the path? Those are the most important
things. Then test out the actual feed, not the views preview.
