[support] ecommerce & drupal 7

*Hello,*
I'm looking to create my first ecommerce site and could use some direction
(books, tutorials, videos, etc.) I also intend to build the site as a D7
site. It looks like there's a reliable Ubercart release for D7 - but I've
also been reading about Drupal Commerce, and I'm finding it confusing
figuring out which would be a better route to take.

The site I'd like to create would start out with about 20 (physical)
products organized into about 5 categories. Over time I'd like to double
that (40+ products / 10+ categories). I'd need to take credit cards &  track
inventory, sales and shipping. My php skills arent too great, but I'm not
scared to get my hands dirty.

I'm hoping somebody can give me some suggestions on which ecommerce solution
to take (ubercart ordrupal commerce), what I'm in for, and some good
resources. My first ecommerce site is a little intimidating.. but it's time
to get one under my belt!
