[support] Backup and Migrate

A fresh install doesn't replicate all the themes and modules that you may
have installed on your web server. So, either you download them all too
and put them in place or, if you have shell access on your server, you zip
the whole directory that contains Drupal and bring it to your computer.

Also, even you copy it all and have databases with the same name, you'll
probably have a different mysql user, password and, maybe even, host (some
web hosts do not use localhost). So you'll always have to customize the
settings.php file accordingly.
