[support] Effort to support a mobile version of a site

Thanks.

I'll have a look at those modules.  I am using the 6.x so far and looking
for advice such as yours to try to find out the % of extra effort would it
be to develop a mobile version of a new site in such scenario.

I know that this is mainly related to the % of the full site that I want to
support in the mobile version but I was wondering what it turned out to be
for those who had done it?  Like 30% of the effort of the desktop site so it
won't be low enough to cause me trouble and not high enough to scare the
customer away...
