[support] Multiple fields in a table rather than one per table?

Hi Nancy,

As I understand it Field Groups is for grouping fields together for
presentation on the site, it doesn't change the way each field is stored in
a separate table in the database.. I may be wrong and if someone can confirm
this it would be great..
