[support] Drupal 6.22 and ssl admin access

Just a mysterious " request failed: error reading the headers", and a 
403 in other log files.
Again, this was working fine until I upgraded to 6.22. I think i was at 
around 6.12.
Diff doesn't show any difference in .htaccess files and httpd.conf 
hasn't changed.
