[support] Can't install nor use wysiwyg editors

I have now downloaded ckeditor version: 3.5.3.6655 and that works,
but doesn't works newers versions:
CKEditor 3.6 (2011.05.09)
CKEditor 3.5.4 (2011.05.09)

also
jWYSIWYG version 0.5 works
but doesn't works version: 0.6.
