eclipse plugin is here D7 & D6, I assume only contain template plugin
(.xml), havent check it further,

if u want to use PDT i recommend downloading the Platform first
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.6.2-201102101200/index.php
look for "Platform Runtime Binaries"
then add PDT (for php) and WPT (for css and stuff)

i tried eclipse from my linux distro once, and it was buggy, the
original is better.

if you want to try eclipse that is :)
