[support] Lost admin menu

[tony maciejowski]

I got a 404 with that. The actual URL, which worked, was
/#overlay=%3Fq%3Dadmin%252Fmodules<http://tony-mac.com/drupal/#overlay=%3Fq%3Dadmin%252Fmodules>
Am I doing something wrong?
