[support] Drupal 7 Multi-site question

Yep, did that, found it, put it in place and it still wasn't working in the
D7 distro I am working with.  That's when I posted here as a last resort.

I am guessing permissions issue or something weird of that nature.  I don't
have access to the command line or the database so I am a bit limited here.
