[support] placement of help text for field and theming

Have a look at theme_form_element:

http://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/includes--form.inc/function/theme_form_element/6

You can simply copy that code into your theme's template.php file and 
rename it {my_theme_name}_form_element and change the code around.
