[support] Special characters in menus

Thx.  Maybe.

Although, I am using the Nice Menus Module for the dropdowns here (of which
this is one) so I guess I will have to override one of the Nice Menus
functions.

I'm off to find which one.  Was hoping for a different answer. ;)
