[support] Blocking Acess with IP

At a previous client, most of those attacks came from Russia, so we blocked the 
whole IP range(s). We also used the Email Verify module for comments and 
registration. Browscap can prevent some machine hacking. And, of course, Mollom 
helps. Hackers are quite persistent, if not stupid, so you will never prevent 
100%, but you can get it down a lot.
