What exactly you mean by "expanding". If you have a URL
http://example.com/taxonomy/term/16/all/feed, we need to create another
alias for the same.

You can change the url using Pathauto module. also, if you wish to
change it
to a different view, you can use http://drupal.org/project/tvi .
