[support] mp4 Mime in IE9

I figured the server was handling it fine since other browsers were working. I found that page, but didn't know how to actually FIX the problem. I'll dig deeper! Thanks for the assistance!

A big one is making sure the server is outputting the proper mimtype. 
That's something handled in the webserver software and not through Drupal.
