[support] css overrides with zen subtheme

Hi,

I have created a zen subtheme using zenophile. The styles for this theme
are not being applied. I have come to the conclusion that Drupal core
styles are still getting priority. As an example Firebug reveals the
following for the site header:

http://localhost/smbDev/sites/default/files/css/css_t1WbbTV96Qw-2gA2kCclBnfzc3f6U3pup29LWFBwO6M.css

I have tried clearing all caches, checked permissions and looked at apache
logs and am now out of ideas. Can anyone help?
