[support] can't run setup after unpacking into home folder

So following the instructions gets me to the point of pointing my  
browser at the ip address of the site. I've checked and the vhosts  
correctly spoecifies the directory inex files - index.html, index.php,  
others. This site is the default for this ip address on the vps. I get  
no response (blank window) at my end on firefox and the tail of the  
apache error log looks like this - I don't see what to do here and  
would much appreciate suggestions.
