[support] Font your face new release error

I tried installing the new version of font your face but am getting this
error when I try to get to the config page:

   - *Notice*: Undefined index: fontyourface_settings_form in *

   /home3/polamor1/public_html/drupal/includes/form.inc*).

   'fontyourface_settings_form' was given in *drupal_retrieve_form()* (line
   *785* of */home3/polamor1/public_html/drupal/includes/form.inc*).

Is this my error? Or a module error?
