[support] Campaign monitor doubts

HI Warren

                     Thanks for quick response to me.

Step 1:Install Module

Step 2:Enable Module

Step3:create folder for  libraries.In that which module i need download

Step4:Register Campaing monitor website.i got api key and client key

Step5:Enable Block showing error message "Unable to fetch campaign monitor"

So far i have done in my local system

Please guide  me
