[support] views updates

I am constantly being told to download updates for Views from
version 7.x-3.0-rc to 17.x-3.1 (Release notes)<http://drupal.org/node/1407192>.
I have done it *several *times and yet it keeps coming back . The update
seems to happen seamlessly.
