[support] clone parent and node references

Does anyone know of a drupal 7 module that will allow you to clone a node and it's node reference children?

The 'Node Template' and 'Skeleton' modules provide this functionally but only in drupal 6 and it does not look like they will be ported to 7.

The 'Book Copy' module has a port to 7 that does not appear to be working correctly and the module is marked as 'no further development':   http://drupal.org/node/1459762

The 'Outline Designer' module looks awesome but the duplicate functionally is not yet working in 7.

Any suggestions?
