Just kicked off a new development, loaded required modules and was evaluating different themes. Enabled Omega theme and Conch sub-theme. Logged out to preview and immediately got a string of errors per following and no user login facility even using /user. Suggestions as to how I can get back in to disable the theme or can I use phpMyAdmin to change the default theme in the database? Thanks.
