[support] Embed code - Video not showing

You might check that you have selected the right input filter.  I've seen
this happen if you try to use the Filtered HTML format since it removes that
kind of embedding.

Have you tried the Full HTML filter?

So what do you suspect it is?  Maybe theme?  Maybe cache?
