[support] Drupal 7 Error

I get the error when I run update.php

If you're comfortable using phpmyadmin you can set that module's status and
boot status's to 0. Then  you should be able to go in and uninstall it and
reinstall.
are you sure there's no update.php cycles you forgot to run?
