[support] multisite user authentication

Hi all,

suppose I own three sites running on drupal7
http://mysite1.com
http://mysite2.com
http://mysite3.com

can I set some easy centralize authentication in these 3 sites. so set of
username and password pair work on all these three site?
does there any easy solution exist?
