[support] Drupal 7 Ckeditor problems

Hi Roger,

It looks like the other dev does not have permission to use ckeditor.

Assuming dev has administrator role.

Go to this url "/admin/config/content/formats" on your website to check if
the other dev has permission to use the WYSIWYG editor.
