[support] Very disappointed, frustrated and concerned Drupal 7 problem

Did you GRANT permissions to the user:

GRANT SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, CREATE, DROP, INDEX, ALTER ON  
database.* TO 'user'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED by '******';

(The permissions may be inherent in the database structure, but I'm  
not certain that's the case...)
