[support] Very disappointed, frustrated and concerned Drupal 7 problem

Yes thanks,  I always GRANT Permissions, I forgot to include that in the 
email.

Yes thanks,  I set memory_limit in php.ini but it makes no difference, I 
do not think php is reading the change to php.ini because the error 
always produces the same value even with memory_limit=512M or 
memory_limit=8M or even =-1 which is no limit.
