[support] Email Best Practise

Dear All
I have a D7 system hosted in a shared environment. Every 2/3 days, we will
be having mail issues, either mails would not come, or we will not be able
to send or sometimes it will bounce.

I want to have a smooth mail system. Can somebody guide me how to go for
sendgrid . Is it possible to use sendgrid in a shared environment. If so ,
how do I proceed.
