[support] Rich text editor application in Drupal 7

Hello,

Is there a way I can disable the Rich Text editor application in Drupal 7 on a per user basis?

Some of our site administrators use assistive technology, and it does not work well with it.

It would be better, if these users could have ordinary text edit fields when editing or updating pages to which they have access.
