[support] Rich text editor application in Drupal 7

Thanks Idan. Can this be done on a per user basis?
If not, where can I find this option?

you can the default input format not use an editor, that way users can pick if they want to activate the editor or not.

Some of our site administrators use assistive technology, and it does not work well with it.

It would be better, if these users could have ordinary text edit fields when editing or updating pages to which they have access.
