[support] Can not upload greater than 1MB file

Hi all,

I have drupal 7 installation on AWS server. And I have set up
upload_max_filesize = 32M in php.ini

I have created cck file/ image field into my site with default maximum
upload size i.e 32M. Still I am not able to upload any extension file above
the 1M.

Its really wired for me.
Any suggestion/guide, what else I have to check to upload greater than 1M
files.
