[support] strange link behaviour, please help

the menu link is http://www.panevinosb.com/*content/*pane-e-vino-menu
whereas the 404 ("block which has a title and one picture") goes to
http://www.panevinosb.com/pane-e-vino-menu
The first time and every time I go there I get a 404

what's the difference in the urls?
